Job summary

Cyperus Group LLC is seeking a Wealth Management Business Development Officer to own new business development and expand a high-quality network of referral partners and potential clients.

You will identify opportunities, prospect creatively, develop Centers of Influence and strategic relationships, and drive the sales process from first conversation through close and onboarding. Experience with HNW & Ultra HNW clients is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
• Several years of financial sales or business development experience in wealth management.
• Demonstrated track record of generating and closing new business.
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
• Comfortable using data analytics and CRM tools to drive business development.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand a strong referral network, including COIs, bank partners, and other strategic relationships.
• Identify and prioritize prospects through data, market intelligence, and creative prospecting.
• Own the full sales cycle - outreach, discovery, presentations, solution development, closing and onboarding.
• Partner with wealth management specialists to deliver customized investment, fiduciary and financial planning solutions.
• Develop and present proposals and new business opportunities.
• Stay close to market trends and identify where new opportunities exist.
