Qualifications

• Strong prospecting, lead generation, and closing experience.
• Familiarity with Beacon Trust offerings.
• Ability to analyze market data and client needs.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with data-driven prospecting.
• Build referral networks including SAN, Provident Bank partners, and COIs.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycle—from outreach to onboarding.
• Coordinate with internal partners to tailor client solutions.
• Prepare proposals and presentations; lead meetings.
• Stay informed on market conditions and industry trends.
