Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in financial services, investment operations, wealth management, client service, data management, or related field (combination of education and experience considered).
• Internship, coursework, or prior experience involving financial analysis, operations, customer support, or data review preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new processes, systems, and procedures in a structured environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to identify, investigate, and resolve routine issues with guidance from senior team members.

Responsibilities

• Performs moderately complex activities supporting the assignment, sourcing, gathering, furnishing and movement of financial and client information and data according to established guidelines and procedures.
• Responds to moderately complex client inquiries via numerous channels to support operational efficiency and quality client service.
• Reviews and approves required account documentation.
• Identifies risk and opportunities for process improvement based on an understanding of how the work impacts other operational units.
• Maintains knowledge of operational processes and assists in training less experienced team members.
• Complete client onboarding activities for performance platforms.
• Review and validate performance data and investment account rates of return on performance platforms.
• Supports Merrill Institutional Consulting branch office network inquiries.
• Collaborates well with others to ensure deliverables are met accurately and timely.
