Qualifications

• Ability to interpret large data sets and perform detailed trend analysis.
• Understanding of operational controls, risk management, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform moderately complex activities supporting data gathering and movement of financial information.
• Coordinate and manage team workflow across systems to ensure daily processes are accurate.
• Provide day-to-day training and coaching to team members and address inquiries.
• Monitor service levels, volumes and performance metrics, escalate issues when needed.
• Lead quality assurance reviews and obtain supervisory approvals.
• Identify root causes in issues and assist with remediation and process improvements.
