Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to identify, investigate, and resolve routine issues with guidance from senior team members.

Responsibilities

  • Responds to moderately complex client inquiries via numerous channels to support operational efficiency and quality client service.
  • Reviews and approves required account documentation.
  • Identifies risk and opportunities for process improvement based on an understanding of how the work impacts other operational units.
  • Maintains knowledge of operational processes and assists in training less experienced team members.
  • Complete client onboarding activities for performance platforms.
  • Review and validate performance data and investment account rates of return on performance platforms.
  • Supports Merrill Institutional Consulting branch office network inquiries.
  • Collaborates well with others to ensure deliverables are met accurately and timely.

Job Description:

This job is responsible for moderately complex activities supporting the assignment, sourcing, gathering, furnishing and movement of financial and client information and data. Key responsibilities include fund setup, client identification data, pricing, and cost basis reporting. A Job expectations include providing quality service and effective operations support for internal business partners and external clients. LOB Descrition: As part of Wealth Management Operations (WMO), Investment Information Management Organization, this position is an Information Management Analyst within the Wealth Management Performance Operations Team. The Information Management Analyst is responsible for assisting with the review and resolution of performance outliers and inquiries on a Wealth Management Performance Operations performance platform, reviewing performance data and returns within the performance platform, and providing support to the branch office network.

Required Qualifications
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in financial services, investment operations, wealth management, client service, data management, or a related field (combination of education and experience considered.)

Pay and benefits information

Pay range $25.00 - $38.71 hourly pay, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set. Predictable pay This role is compensated with a base salary and is not incentive eligible.
