Responsibilities

• Partner with ownership to execute the firm’s long-term strategic plan.
• Translate vision into measurable initiatives and establish annual/quarterly objectives.
• Develop KPIs and accountability across the organization and lead strategic planning meetings.
• Design scalable operational processes and improve workflows across departments.
• Coordinate acquisition due diligence and lead operational integration.
• Oversee budgeting, expense forecasting, and profitability monitoring.
• Ensure a high-touch client experience and scalable service models.
