Ameriprise Financial's Executive Wealth Group seeks an entrepreneurial Chief Operating Officer to transform a successful practice into a scalable enterprise. You will lead operations, strategy, and technology integrations while maintaining a focus on client experience and growth.
The role emphasizes building systems, leading people, and driving efficiency across the firm, including post-acquisition integration and SOP development. Collaboration with owners and partners is essential.
At Ameriprise Financial, we’re not just in the business of helping clients with their financial goals – we also help our advisors and employees reach their true potential by embracing an inclusive and collaborative culture.
