Capital Group seeks an XC Wealth Management Consultant in Chicago to lead Cross Channel sales initiatives and strengthen firm relationships. You will drive presentations, coordinate with Senior Wholesale teams, and deliver investor-focused outcomes with ETF, mutual fund, SMA, and CIT expertise.

Responsibilities include managing a wholesale team, leveraging portfolio construction knowledge, and achieving targets with a strong emphasis on data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in third-party distribution across ETF, mutual fund, SMA and CIT products.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with firms and financial professionals.
• Strong skills in portfolio construction and data-driven analysis.
• Excellent presentation and coaching capabilities to motivate and inform teams.

• Lead sales initiatives in the Cross Channel segment within a defined territory.
• Manage distributions presence, relationships, and business results with key firms.
