Job summary

Capital Group seeks an XC Wealth Management Consultant to lead sales initiatives in the Cross Channel segment and coordinate with internal teams to serve the needs of firms and their representatives in a Chicago territory.

You will deliver motivational presentations, build long-term relationships, and leverage portfolio construction insights to drive outcomes for investors. The role requires strong Excel/PowerPoint/Tableau skills and a proven distribution background.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in third-party distribution and sales across ETF, mutual fund, SMA and CIT channels.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with firms and key advisors.
• Lead and motivate a territory team including internal, divisional and regional wholesalers.
• Strong portfolio construction knowledge and ability to present technical analyses to clients.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Tableau for customized analyses.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales initiatives in the Cross Channel segment and identify firm needs.
• Coordinate efforts to serve needs of firms and representatives.
• Deliver motivational and informative presentations to drive investor outcomes.
• Manage and grow relationships with key firms and the distribution network.
• Collaborate with Retirement Plan Wholesaler and other specialists to maximize results.
