Capital Group is seeking an XC Wealth Management Consultant to lead sales initiatives in the Cross Channel segment and manage key firm relationships. You will present and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions, measuring performance against goals and driving investor outcomes.

The role focuses on strategic territory leadership in Chicago, leveraging Excel, PowerPoint and Tableau to create custom analyses and compelling client presentations.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in third-party distribution and building long-term relationships.
• Ability to lead a territory team with an Internal Wholesaler, Divisional Wholesaler and Regional Wholesale.
• Strong collaboration with Retirement Plan Wholesaler and product specialists to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales initiatives in the Cross Channel segment.
• Identify needs of firms and coordinate efforts to meet them.
• Deliver motivational and informative presentations to clients.
