Job summary

Capital Group is seeking an XC Wealth Management Consultant in Chicago to lead sales initiatives across the Cross Channel segment. You will manage relationships with key firms and coordinate with internal teams to drive investor outcomes.

You will deliver compelling presentations, track territory performance, and collaborate with retirement plan wholesalers and specialists to optimize assets and strategies. This role emphasizes strong relationship-building and technical portfolio knowledge.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in third-party distribution and sales.
• Knowledge of ETF, Mutual Fund, SMA and CIT product lines.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales initiatives in the Cross Channel segment and coordinate to fulfill firm needs.
• Manage relationships and business results with key firms through the XC Wealth Management team.
• Deliver motivational and informative presentations and drive territory performance.
• Collaborate with Retirement Plan Wholesaler, asset class, vehicle and practice management specialists to achieve targets.
