Job summary

RBC Wealth Management seeks a Wealth Management Consultant to support Financial Advisors and the RBC Wealth Management platform. You will lead Client Strategies, coach advisors, and collaborate with field leadership to drive coordinated support and growth.

You will help train staff, assist in pricing decisions, and participate in client presentations for high-potential assets. A strong background in financial services and licenses is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of industry experience in financial services or wealth management.
• Series 7 and Series 65 securities licenses are required.
• Minimum of a four-year college degree; MBA preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coach, motivate and support Financial Advisors using the RBC Wealth Management platform.
• Lead curriculum development for advisor training and client presentations.
• Assist in pricing discussions, closing business and supporting assets over $1M.
• Lead Client Strategies Team and partner with Complex Directors to drive initiatives.
