The role focuses on investment operations, account administration, client servicing, planning support, and preparation of investment proposals, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and client care.

Qualifications

• Financial services or insurance industry experience preferred.
• Strong client relationship skills and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials for client meetings and financial plans.
• Process and maintain advisory and investment accounts including openings and transfers.
• Monitor account activity, compliance items, and annual reviews.
• Support advisors by gathering client data and preparing recommendations.
• Maintain CRM records and client service activities.
• Assist clients with operational needs including RMDs and retirement plan servicing.
