Qualifications

• Prior wealth-management, brokerage, banking, financial-services, or Advisor-support experience.
• Strong client-service and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to manage multiple requests while protecting client confidentiality.
• Interest in developing deeper investment and wealth-management knowledge.
• Ability to work onsite in the Minneapolis–Bloomington area.

Responsibilities

• Support Advisors with daily client-service and account needs.
• Assist with opening and maintaining brokerage, advisory, retirement, and trust accounts.
• Process transfers, distributions, money movement, beneficiary changes, and related documentation.
• Prepare client-meeting materials, reports, and follow-up items.
• Coordinate with internal teams and custodial partners to resolve client requests.
• Maintain accurate client information and track service items through completion.
