Job summary

Oppenheimer & Co. Inc.’s Virginia Beach branch is seeking a Registered Client Service Associate to support Financial Advisors in sales, client service and day-to-day operations of a growing wealth management practice.

The role requires strong interpersonal and multitasking skills, the ability to work independently or as part of a small team, and a commitment to service excellence. FINRA registrations and prior CSA experience are required.

Qualifications

• FINRA registrations required within first six months of hire.
• 3+ years’ experience as a sales assistant/CSA in a corporate/brokerage environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to learn internal software.

Responsibilities

• Support Financial Advisors in sales, marketing and daily operations.
• Answer client and advisor inquiries and produce quality analytical reports.
• Cultivate and grow client relationships and assist with marketing efforts.
