Job summary

You will carry out cash management functions, process securities and correspondence, keep records and support margin activities for the Market division, while greeting clients and visitors to the branch.

You will build partnerships with financial advisors, coordinate with operations, and stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements to ensure high standards of service in a wealth‑management environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in client service within the finance sector.
• Excellent communicator with solid interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Carry out cash management functions, process securities and correspondence, keep records and perform margin activities as a member of the Field Operations team aligned to the Market.
• Greet and assist clients and visitors to the branch, providing exceptional service.
• Create strong partnerships, cultivating relationships with assigned financial advisors and coordinating with the operations function.
• Maintain risk awareness and regulatory knowledge.
