Job summary

UBS in Conshohocken, Mt. Laurel is seeking a Service Associate to join the Field Operations team. You will carry out cash management functions, process securities and correspondence, keep records and support margin activities for the Market division, while greeting clients and visitors to the branch.

You will build partnerships with financial advisors, coordinate with operations, and stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements to ensure high standards of service in a wealth‑management environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in client service within the finance sector.
• Excellent communicator with solid interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

The team

You’ll be working in person within a WMA branch office on the operational team where we provide advice-based solutions. Our financial advisors deliver a fully integrated set of products and services specifically designed to address the needs of ultra-high net worth and high-net worth individuals and families.

Salary information

The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:

• United States - New Jersey - Mt. Laurel min USD 60000 - max USD 77000 /annum

The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
