Job summary

UBS is seeking an organized, detail-oriented individual to join our Warren, New Jersey branch on the Field Operations team. You will perform cash management, securities processing, and record-keeping while greeting clients and assisting visitors with exceptional service.

You will cultivate partnerships with financial advisors, coordinate with the operations function, and maintain regulatory awareness to support compliant, smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• 3 years of client service experience in finance
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Independent, proactive and self-motivated
• Strong interpersonal skills and client focus
• Ability to manage complex evolving situations

Responsibilities

• Carry out cash management functions, process securities and correspondence, keep records and perform margin activities.
• Greet clients and visitors at the branch, delivering exceptional service.
• Build partnerships with financial advisors and coordinate with operations.
