• Schedule appointments for team members.
• Issue checks and transfer funds for clients.
• Print and mail account statements and documents.
• Educate clients on UBS services and account features.
• Gather and process information for account opening.
• Greet clients and prospects on arrival.
• Prepare documents for client and prospect meetings.
• Engage with clients to anticipate needs and provide exemplary service.
