Qualifications

• Superior interpersonal and multi-tasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• FINRA Registrations: Series 7 and 63/65 (or 66) required.
• Basic understanding of financial instruments and brokerage/insurance products.
• 5+ years’ experience as a sales assistant/CSA.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn internal tools like Docusign.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of forms and account procedures to assist clients.
• Utilize research and technical support tools.
