The role requires superior interpersonal and multitasking skills, the ability to work independently as well as within a small team, and a commitment to service excellence. Candidates should have FINRA Series 7 and 63/65 (or 66) within three months.

Qualifications

• Superior interpersonal and multi‑tasking skills with attention to detail.
• Understanding of financial instruments and brokerage products.
• Experience as a sales assistant/CSA is preferred; strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Financial Advisors in sales, marketing and daily operations.
• Answer day‑to‑day client and advisor questions and assist with forms.
• Prepare and process paperwork to open and service accounts.
• Assist with marketing efforts and cultivate client relationships.
