Qualifications

• FINRA Series 7 and 63 required; Series 9/10 required or within 90 days of employment
• 3+ years of financial services or brokerage experience
• Experience leading teams and managing performance

Responsibilities

• Create an outstanding employee experience and winning culture.
• Manage day-to-day employee activities including coaching and timekeeping.
• Develop employees through coaching and career development conversations.
• Recruit and onboard new team members.
• Schedule strategically to meet service levels on the floor.
• Speak with clients and handle escalations.
• Conduct call observations to review service quality.
• Resolve problems and address complaints promptly.
• Supervise licensed staff ensuring registration and compliance tasks.
• Foster partnerships across the enterprise and manage risk controls.
