Morgan Stanley is seeking a Registered Client Relationship Analyst in Florida to provide frontline support for Financial Advisors and Private Wealth Advisors. You will help onboard clients, answer routine questions, and assist with account documentation and money movements.

The role emphasizes accuracy and client service in a fast-paced team setting. Education includes a high school diploma with a college degree preferred, and Series 7/66/63/65 credentials are preferred.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• College degree is preferred.
• Active Series 7 (GS) and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA) are preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide service coverage for a FA/PWA/team and assist with client relationships.
• Execute money movement transactions as requested by clients and/or FA/PWA/team.
• Answer general non-investment questions about client accounts and balances.
• Enter profile information or pre-fill account documentation in clerical capacity.
• Educate or enroll clients in digital tools (MSOnline, eSign, eAuthorization).
• Onboard and maintain client accounts including documentation gathering.
• Assist FAs/PWAs/teams with research and materials for client meetings.
• Perform data entry for new accounts and financial planning as directed.
• Maintain awareness of firm policies and new platforms and participate in trainings.
