Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Active securities licenses: Series 7 (GS) and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA).
• Two+ years of industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of financial products including equities, bonds, options, and funds.
• Strong organizational, writing, and client-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide service coverage for a FA/PWA/team, cultivate client relationships, and assist with account documentation.
• Execute money movement transactions as requested by clients or the team.
• Answer general non-investment questions, relay balances and positions, and support portfolio reviews.
