Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a skilled support specialist to assist Investment Relationship Managers within U.S. Bancorp Investment Sales. You will handle sales support, processing, operations and client communications, and help prepare investment proposals and reviews while keeping records compliant.

You will also engage in business development activities, coordinate campaigns, and maintain strong client relationships. FINRA registrations and licenses may be required for eligibility and incentives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years in investment industry experience preferred.
• FINRA SIE, Series 7/63/65 or 66 licenses and life/health/disability licenses required for incentives.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales, processing, operational, administrative and customer service support to Investment Relationship Managers.
• Prepare investment proposals and routine correspondence; organize client files and mail.
• Assist business development by meeting prospects and coordinating marketing campaigns.
