Qualifications

• FINRA/SEC regulatory standards knowledge.
• Experience with brokerage and investment advisory services.
• Ability to contact and profile clients, leads and prospects.
• Strong detail-oriented analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and organization for relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales, processing, operational, administrative and customer service support to Investment Relationship Managers.
• Prepare investment proposals and routine correspondence.
