Qualifications

• 1 year of professional experience in the Financial Services industry.
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably with a concentration in Financial Planning, Business, or Communications.
• Strong track record of achievement and meeting/exceeding ambitious targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A motivated, self-starter looking for a place to grow your career.

Responsibilities

• Calling prospective clients daily to articulate TMG's value proposition.
• Driving business development through proprietary sales processes.
• Gathering information and building financial plans for prospective clients using MoneyGuidePro's financial planning software.
• Working with the Investment Committee to assemble investment proposals and financial product cost analyses.
• Assisting the Tax Team in tax preparation and Roth conversion strategies.
• Enrolling in and completing a CFP program offered by a reputable university within three years of employment.
