Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and answer account questions.
• Handle account inquiries and escalate to financial advisors when needed.
• Maintain documentation to ensure compliance and timely client communication.
• Facilitate transfers of funds/securities, and process checks, wires, and ACHs.
• Protect client confidentiality in line with company policies.
