Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Branch Manager to drive revenue and profitability while managing risk within the Cincinnati office. You will recruit and retain Financial Advisors, build cohesive teams, and provide leadership to deliver the Branch’s results.

The role emphasizes accountability, ethical practices, and ongoing development of talent in the Wealth Management business across the region. Reporting to Market Executive, you’ll lead with integrity and strategic execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related branch-management experience.
• Active Series 7, 8 (or 9 and 10), 66 (or 63 and 65) and 3 registrations (Series 31 acceptable if branch conducts managed futures business).
• Other licenses as required for role or by management.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue, profitability and risk management within the branch.
• Recruit and retain Financial Advisors; lead and develop cohesive teams.
• Lead by example to achieve the US Wealth Management Group objectives and maintain ethical practices.
• Manage regulatory, legal and compliance issues including risk assessment and supervision.
• Collaborate with corporate departments and strategic partners to support marketing and market share growth.
