Responsibilities

• Execute four growth strategies funded and trained by the firm.
• Convert opportunities into lasting client relationships.
• Complete Fidelity Wealth Advisor Solutions certification and represent Soltis to Fidelity branches.
• Host at least six client/prospect events annually with firm support.
• Maintain client retention via responsive service and regular portfolio reviews.
• Develop customized investment portfolios and collaborate with the team.
• Build centers of influence and mentor junior staff.
• Lead a local Analyst and a Client Relationship Manager.
