Job summary

Atlantic Union Bank is seeking a Senior Financial Consultant to provide investment solutions, manage client goals, and maintain strong relationships with individuals and businesses. The role partners with bank branches to deliver cohesive financial planning and advisory services.

The ideal candidate will counsel clients on retirement, tax, education, and risk management, while adhering to Reg BI and fiduciary standards. A track record in growing wealth and cross-selling is expected.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of investment concepts, terminology, procedures and related regulations.
• Proven ability to sell and negotiate financial products.
• Proficient computer skills in MS Office and online systems.
• Advanced math and analytical abilities for complex calculations.

Responsibilities

• Counsel customers on investment topics including retirement, tax, education, income and risk planning.
• Adhere to Reg BI and act as fiduciary in advisory relationships.
• Acquire and expand client relationships through networking and branch partnerships.
• Purchase and sell securities to various client types to meet needs and objectives.
• Develop and maintain a personal business plan to grow revenue and assets under management.
• Build and maintain high quality relationships with clients and prospects.
• Service current accounts by answering market questions and providing investment recommendations.
