Job summary

Bank of America’s Merrill Advisor Development Program seeks a Financial Advisor to build relationships with high-net-worth clients, assess needs, and deliver comprehensive recommendations aligned with client goals.

You will collaborate with Merrill Financial Advisor Teams, develop a personal book of business, and balance growth with referrals and ongoing client service. Strong licensing and sales experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to engage and influence others.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Handles inbound inquiries from leads regarding Merrill offerings.
• Positions Merrill and Bank of America capabilities to clients.
• Collects client profile data following KYC to open accounts.
• Serves as interim Financial Advisor, recommending suitable investments.
• Documents all client interactions in Salesforce.
