Soltis Investment Advisors is seeking a Wealth Management Advisor to establish and grow the firm’s presence in Washington, DC / Baltimore. The role focuses on converting opportunities into lasting client relationships, delivering tailored investment solutions, and leading a local team.

You will travel for onboarding and periodic visits, build centers of influence, and mentor an Analyst toward client-facing responsibilities within a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifikationen

• Series 65 registration is required.
• 2–3 years of experience in financial services.
• Proven track record of building client relationships and closing business.
• Must be resilient, self-directed and growth-focused.
• Established in the local market with community ties and relationships.
• Willingness to travel for onboarding, training and visits.

Aufgaben

• Execute four growth strategies in your market, funded by the firm.
• Convert opportunities into funded, lasting client relationships.
• Complete Fidelity Wealth Advisor Solutions certification and represent Soltis to Fidelity branches.
• Host at least six client/prospect events annually with firm support.
• Maintain strong client retention via responsive service and portfolio reviews.
