Job description

We are seeking a Wealth Management Analyst to provide exceptional support to Financial Advisors and Private Wealth Advisors in a fast-paced wealth management environment. As a key member of the client service team, this individual will assist with client relationship management, financial planning, reporting and analysis, portfolio support, business development initiatives, and marketing efforts.

Responsibilities
Client Service
  • Support Financial Advisors and Private Wealth Advisors in delivering a high-quality client service experience.
  • Prepare for client meetings, coordinate follow-up activities, and assist with ongoing relationship management.
  • Provide operational and administrative support related to client accounts and service requests.
  • Assist with account maintenance, money movement requests, client onboarding, and digital platform adoption.
  • Respond to client inquiries and coordinate solutions in partnership with advisory teams.
  • Maintain current knowledge of internal policies, procedures, and technology platforms.
Business Development & Advisory Support
  • Assist advisory teams in executing business development and client engagement strategies.
  • Support digital and in-person marketing initiatives, including seminars, webinars, social media campaigns, and client communications.
  • Prepare financial plans, investment reports, portfolio reviews, and presentation materials for existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct research using approved financial planning and investment tools.
  • Participate in client and prospect meetings as a representative of the service and operations function.
  • Support special projects, training initiatives, and strategic business objectives as assigned.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
  • 2+ years of experience within wealth management, private banking, financial advisory, investment operations, or a related financial services field.
  • Bachelor's degree or professional certification preferred.
  • Active Series 7 license required.
  • Active Series 66 license preferred, or Series 63 and Series 65 combination.
  • Additional securities or insurance licenses may be required.
Knowledge & Skills
  • Strong knowledge of financial services products including equities, fixed income, mutual funds, options, annuities, insurance products, and managed accounts.
  • Experience supporting financial advisors, wealth advisors, or private wealth teams.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent client service, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly adaptable.
  • Collaborative team player with a strong work ethic and professional demeanor.
