Job summary

Leeds Professional Resources is seeking an Associate Wealth Advisor to support development of new UHNW client relationships. This business development role focuses on sourcing and cultivating prospective clients, supporting senior advisors, and converting qualified opportunities into long-term client relationships.

You will partner with senior wealth advisors, source opportunities, prepare profiles and presentations, perform due diligence, and manage client transitions.

Qualifications

  • MBA required.
  • CFA preferred.
  • 5+ years in financial services or wealth management.
  • Demonstrated interest in business development and relationship building.
  • Willingness to obtain Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.

  • Attend networking events, conferences, and prospective client meetings.
  • Coordinate with investment, wealth planning, family office, and client advisory specialists.
  • Develop proficiency in asset allocation modeling, portfolio analysis, fixed income strategies, and tax-transition planning.
  • Support the internal review and approval process for new relationships.
  • Manage the transition of new clients to the appropriate advisory team.
  • Maintain accurate and timely prospect activity in Salesforce.
  • Travel as needed for conferences and client meetings.

Qualifications

  • Willingness to obtain Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
