Job summary

PIMCO is seeking an Account Associate (AA), Internal Sales, to join the U.S. Global Wealth Management team in Austin, TX.

The AA will work closely with a field-based Account Manager to support the development and maintenance of strong client relationships with financial advisors from wirehouses, regional banks, and independent broker/dealers. In partnership with the AM, you will help enhance the sales process, provide market insights and product information, and support the achievement of sales

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 license or must obtain within three months of start date.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of professional work experience in financial services or investment management, sales or client-facing roles.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Market research & insights to support territory sales efforts.
• Provide client engagement support via phone, email, and meetings.
• Understand client needs and tailor sales approaches accordingly.
• Provide market insights, product information, and sales support to the AM.
• Assist in territory activity management and business planning.
