Responsibilities

• Administration of agency and custodial account relationships.

Position

Sunflower Bank, N.A. is looking for an energetic, highly motivated individual to fill the position of a full‑time Wealth Management Account Administrator at our Overland Park, KS location.

Responsibilities

• Administration of agency and custodial account relationships
• Account reviews
• Trade and asset allocation changes
• Transaction processing – coordinate money movements, wires, transfers, disbursements, and contributions
• Client servicing
• Maintain and manage client accounts, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant
• Assist in onboarding new clients, prepare and review onboarding forms, and ensure a smooth transition of accounts and services
• Attend regularly scheduled Wealth Management team meetings
• Work with other wealth team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals
• Effectively manage time by prioritizing urgent tasks
• Attend all training as requested to increase administration knowledge
• Perform the job in accordance with applicable industry laws and regulations as well as the policies and procedures established by the company
• Responsible for upholding Fair and Responsible Banking practices and Code of Ethics and Conduct guidelines
• Understand and participate in the Bank’s Community Reinvestment Act program
• Perform other duties as assigned
