Responsibilities

• Administration of agency and custodial account relationships.
• Account reviews.
• Trade and asset allocation changes.
• Transaction processing – coordinate money movements, wires, transfers, disbursements, and contributions.
• Client servicing.
• Maintain and manage client accounts, ensuring documentation is accurate and compliant.
• Assist in onboarding new clients and ensure a smooth transition of accounts and services.
• Participate in wealth management team meetings.
• Collaborate with team to reach daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
