Job summary

Sunflower Bank is seeking a Wealth Management Account Administrator in Scottsdale, AZ to support investment advisors and clients with opening, maintaining, and servicing accounts.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and outstanding organizational skills, with opportunities to collaborate across the wealth team and participate in onboarding and account reviews. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Administration of agency and custodial account relationships.
• Account reviews.
• Trade and asset allocation changes.
• Transaction processing: coordinate money movements, wires, transfers, disbursements, and contributions.
• Client servicing.
• Maintain and manage client accounts, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.
• Assist in onboarding new clients, prepare and review onboarding forms, and ensure a smooth transition of accounts and services.
• Attend regularly scheduled Wealth Management team meetings.
• Work with other wealth team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Effectively manage time by prioritizing urgent tasks.
• Attend all training as requested to increase administration knowledge.
• Perform the job in accordance with applicable industry laws and regulations as well as company policies and procedures.
• Uphold Fair and Responsible Banking practices and Code of Ethics and Conduct guidelines.
• Understand and participate in the Bank’s Community Reinvestment Act program.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
