The role involves administering agency and custodial relationships, performing account reviews, handling trades and asset allocations, and ensuring accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
• Exceptional reasoning and judgment skills.
• Exceptional detail and organization skills.
• Time management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work flexible hours.
• Some travel may be required.

Responsabilités

• Administration of agency and custodial account relationships.
• Account reviews.
• Trade and asset allocation changes.
• Transaction processing: coordinate money movements, wires, transfers, disbursements, and contributions.
• Client servicing.
• Maintain and manage client accounts, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.
• Assist in onboarding new clients, prepare and review onboarding forms, and ensure a smooth transition of accounts and services.
• Attend Wealth Management team meetings.
• Work with wealth team members to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Prioritize urgent tasks and manage time effectively.
• Participate in training to increase administration knowledge.
• Comply with applicable industry laws, regulations, and company policies.
