Job summary

WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a proven financial advisor for a strategic Managing Director role. This position targets an experienced leader who has built a personal practice and now aims to mentor others while growing the firm.

The successful candidate will lead a team of advisors, recruit talent, and shape growth strategy, all while continuing personal client work and leveraging the firm's 175-year heritage for scale and freedom to grow.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship available if not held)
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams
• Business-driven mindset with a long-term vision for growth
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
