Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Two years’ clerical/administrative or equivalent college experience is required.
• Three (3) years’ work experience with division orders, related documents or accounting/bookkeeping experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the receipt, processing, accurate completion and return of all division and transfer orders.
• Responsible for maintaining records of all division orders.
• Receive, process and pay all monthly Joint Interest Billing Statements (JIB).
• Must actively participate in Customer Service First sales and service culture and follow company policies.
