Contacts include customers, prospects, officers and employees, representatives of oil and gas purchasers, operators and division order analysts, attorneys, accountants, and others. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:*** Responsible for the receipt, processing, accurate completion and return of all division and transfer orders.* Responsible for maintaining records of all division orders.* Receive, process and pay all monthly Joint Interest Billing Statements (JIB).* Failure to perform duties accurately and timely could result in errors and possible loss of income to the account and the Trust Company.* Results of work are reviewed.* Physical effort required is average.* Must actively participate in Customer Service First sales and service culture, support the values of the organization and follow established company policies and procedures. **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:*** High school graduate or equivalent.* A minimum two years’ clerical/administrative or equivalent college experience is required.* Three (3) years’ work experience with division orders, related documents or accounting/bookkeeping experience is preferred.* Must be able to work with limited supervision, establish priorities and meet deadlines.* Must have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail and ability to work with decimals and fractions.* Knowledge of Windows, Word and Excel and typing skills required.* Familiarity with division orders is preferred but not necessary.
