Job summary

Citi Dubai is seeking a Client Service Analyst to support Citi Private Bank clients. The role focuses on delivering wealth management services, handling client transactions, and maintaining strong service quality.

You will collaborate with banker teams, support investigations, and help identify new business opportunities. The position requires 3–6 years of relevant experience, excellent communication, and a solid understanding of banking and investment products.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years relevant experience in client service or operations.
• Ability to prioritize with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Knowledge of investments, banking products and compliance basics.

Responsibilities

• Deliver wealth management services to Citi Private Bank clients with guidance from Banker teams.
• Manage and execute client transactions, ensuring audit/compliance standards.
• Own client investigations and coordinate with operations for resolution.
• Coordinate account maintenance and reporting across products and WINS system.
• Maintain process integrity and high client satisfaction through service quality checks.
• Arrange client visits and build relationships with bankers or product specialists.
• Identify new business opportunities for referral and assist with Citi applications.
