Northern Trust is seeking a Banking Advisor in Miami to develop new client relationships and manage complex banking, credit, deposit, and treasury management relationships for individuals, corporations, and partnerships.

You will coordinate service delivery across the Bank, apply credit policy, and advise on wealth management solutions, while leveraging COIs and negotiating financing terms. A strong negotiator with cross-selling ability will thrive.

Formación

• At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis and client servicing, commercial lending, or leasing.
• Ability to lead small projects with manageable risks.
• Strong negotiation, leadership, and sales skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop client relationships and cross-sell solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new client relationships and targeted marketing strategies.
• Manage complex banking relationships for individuals and businesses.
