Responsibilities

• Develop new client relationships by identifying prospects and executing targeted marketing strategies for specific clients.
• Manage complex wealth management banking, credit, and treasury management client relationships and identify opportunities beyond banking.
• Structure and negotiate complex loan and/or lease agreements in accordance with guidelines.
• Analyze and negotiate loan terms, including pricing and related structures; oversee documentation for financing agreements.
• Advise clients on goals-driven wealth management and generate leads through COIs.
