Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Technology Consulting for Wealth & Asset Management in Hoboken, NJ. You will lead technology engagements, design and deliver strategic solutions, and manage client relationships across finance domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in CS/IS/Engineering/Business/Management or related field with 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate work experience, or a Master’s with 4 years experience.
• Must have 4 years of experience in Banking, Capital Markets, Property & Casualty or Life Insurance, and/or Wealth and Asset Management industries.
• 4 years of experience in PMO, requirements, data analysis, and technology architecture.
• 4 years in SDLC, Waterfall/Agile, release management and QA.
• 4 years in Wealth/Asset Management operations or technology, regulatory/compliance, data management, finance, QA.
• 4 years in securities trading platforms, reference data management, or middle/back-office platforms.
• 4 years in enterprise systems integration, IT transformation, cloud strategies (Azure/AWS/GCP), and DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements within asset and wealth management to define and implement technology solutions.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships; manage risk in delivery of services.
• Direct teams with coaching and feedback; generate and manage new business opportunities.
• Travel approximately 70%, with 20% international travel, to serve client needs.
