Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, information systems, finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience; graduate degree and 4 years acceptable.
• Minimum of 4 years in technology delivery, software engineering, or product management in financial services.
• Experience leading technology advisors through all phases of the lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, communication, and technical writing skills.
• Willingness to travel and valid driver's license and passport.

Responsibilities

• Lead client and engineering teams to design scalable technology solutions for wealth and asset management.
• Manage agile engineering pods with daily scrums, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and PI planning.
• Serve in product management roles (Product Owner, Scrum Master, Delivery Lead) aligning business goals with execution.
• Collaborate with architecture, product, and data teams to build integration layers across portfolio management and reporting systems.
• Lead modernization and migration from legacy to cloud-based solutions.
• Apply agile and DevOps practices including CI/CD and data-driven delivery.
• Support design and implementation across traditional and alternative investment systems such as Aladdin, Charles River, SimCorp, Eagle, Geneva, Investran, eFront, DealCloud, Yardi, LemonEdge.
• Contribute to vendor evaluations, PoCs, and solution architectures for investment products and fund structures.
• Collaborate with EY teams on trends like private-markets digitization and data standardization.
