Job summary

J.P. Morgan Asset & Wealth Management is seeking a Recruiting Analyst to support global recruitment efforts for the Wealth Management and Alternatives Solutions business. You will focus on attracting Analysts and Associates, while collaborating with senior recruiters on higher-level searches.

Building strong relationships with senior managers and candidates is central to success. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to successful hire, ensure a positive candidate

Qualifications

• 1 year of full lifecycle recruiting experience in a corporate or agency setting.
• Strong communications skills with an ability to think quickly.
• Comfortable speaking with candidates at all levels via phone and video.
• Proven project management skills for complex searches and deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills for broad stakeholder collaboration.
• Ability to work independently in a changing environment.
• Experience handling confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent networking and candidate generation abilities.
