JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Full Lifecycle Executive Recruiter to manage end-to-end staffing for priority segments.

You will source, evaluate, and present top talent, collaborate with hiring managers, and drive a high-quality candidate experience across the recruiting lifecycle. In this role you will lead intake calls, map talent, and build pipelines, while partnering with compensation and HR to secure offers and manage expectations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience at an executive search firm.
• Experience sourcing and pipelining talent.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and deliver a first class candidate experience.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Qualify new searches and ensure job descriptions align with guidance.
• Lead requirement intake calls with hiring managers and guide processes.
• Map talent and manage candidate pools within the market.
• Source and pipeline qualified candidates through various channels.
• Evaluate, interview and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Partner with scheduling teams to arrange interviews.
• Provide positive candidate experience with timely communication.
• Influence decision making and manage expectations.
• Conduct pre-offer calls and own offer negotiation.
• Liaise with managers, HR, and compensation for offers.
